I review my experience at the Texas EMS Conference and say thank you to those folks as Fort Bend County EMS, Austin-Travis EMS, ATEMS and Limmer. I am joined this week by my father-in-law Les Reed as we talk about some of our favorite Thanksgiving Day treats and discuss some tips for healthy eating and diabetics.
