Composer and arranger Dan Drayer has been performing and recording his songs on 12 string acoustic guitar for over 40 years. Beginning the formation of the HIGHFLIER band in the fall of 2015. At that time, he made the commitment that any band he could put together would only perform his original works, and so began the search for those special musicians who would join him in that effort.

Dave Pooler, formally a working musician in Hawaii, is currently a co-worker of mine at Community Partners, Inc., very recently merged with Spurwink. Dave performs his composition “Nashville” live, and chats with me about returning to performing out once his nest empties.

Randi Caswell of Hampden, ME is happy to announce the release of her first album, Darling. This album consists of 7 tracks composed by Randi herself. Randi started her journey with music at a very young age. At 12 years old, she was given her first guitar and chord diagram booklet. She wrote and completed her first song in the very same day. Since then she has written over 100 original songs, and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Bryan Waring is a music composition major here at the University Of Southern Maine. As a composer looking to put his foot into the music industry, Bryan has an impressive catalogue of recorded music. Plus, each piece of music has a cool story to it. This podcast features "Dinner By The Candleight." (not a typo, as we'll learn) which fortunately has a happy ending.

Heathens at the Loom is a Portland-based electronic/indie rock band. They have created their unique sound by blending synth tracks generated through computer software (including LMMS, FL studios, Abelton, etc) with live analog instruments and vocals.
