Psoriasis Energetic and Emotional Patterns (and clearing them)

Hey friends, I’m Audrey Christie, holistic wellness practitioner and I have helped 100s of women get free and clear of psoriasis and find relief and remission from their autoimmune disease.

Today we are talking about the energies and emotional patterns that lead to psoriasis and psoriasis flares.

Psoriasis is one of those autoimmune diseases that is often visible on the outside. If you are unfamiliar with the disease process it is a type of autoimmune disease that causes skin cells called keratinocytes to overproduce new skin cells. When this happens you get rough, scaly, dry patches on the skin which can pop up almost anywhere on the body they can become increasingly inflammed and even infected. It’s often undiagnosed for years and even misdiagnosed.

The process itself is an inflammatory process, like most autoimmune conditions where the immune system secretes proteins that confuse the keratinocytes into overproducing skin cells.

Psoriasis is much more than a rash - It involves fatigue and low energy and often joint pain and achiness and generalized pain and itchiness all over the body.

Repetitive Energetic or Emotional Patterns

One of the common root causes is a repetitive emotional or energetic pattern.

Emotions are powerful energies - they serve many purposes but physically in the body they initiate action. They initiate physical action - or try to anyways but behind the scenes, internally they initiate a flood or wave of messengers in the body - the strength of the emotion determines the strength or amount of the messengers. In my Free and clear Method we work through identifying and clearing these emotional and energtic blockages to avoid psoriaiss flares and find that long term remission.

Let’s think about some common emotions, such a fear - what action is fear trying to instigate?

Or anger - what could be an action that anger is trying to instigate - self-defense? Flee? Sometimes its the same as fear - offense
