While I don't talk about it in the announcement episode, please let me say that I have dearly missed this platform and connecting with all of you in the field of unconditional love and peace that I aim to create with each guided meditation. Life got in the way, but I am back and excited. I truly believe the tools we garner from meditation (and other spiritual practices) are essential to meeting this moment in history - to show up as love in the face of fear or hate, to be peace in the midst of chaos, and to shine our compassionate hearts in all the broken places. One person at a time, we heal the world. I look forward to continuing the journey with each of you.
