Sometimes when we're creating, we forget why we're creating. When your podcasting I think people get bored or get lost in the Y when podcasting because you're not improving or you don't have a goal for yourself. In this episode, I basically go through a refresher to ignite your Y. Some things that I have observed with podcasts and why they're falling into the same problems is because they're not evolving in their podcasting.

The artwork doesn't look any better from when you started, the marketing isn't any better for when you started, the audio doesn't sound like you're getting it and you're two years in.
