Rich Rosenzweig is a veteran of 11 Broadway shows and played on many cast recordings.
Rich has been the orchestra's drummer for the Kennedy Center Honors for over a decade. He's also played in numerous national and international tours and has been the regular drummer for the Encores! series at New York's City Center.
Over the years has also recorded and performed in several progressive jazz ensembles, including his own, the East Down Septet. He teaches privately and has also written four feature screenplays, two of which he is actively shopping.
This is, so far, the most extended and most interesting chat I've had with someone I've just met. We talked about all kinds of things, and I introduced the TANGENT ALERT. There are times when I talk to guests and wind up going off on a tangent based on what they say, and I find it interesting. Rich has so many intriguing things to share, so a few of those alerts were in the show.
I hope you all enjoy our chat!
