Ornaments, Decorations, and Family Christmas Traditions: Humor (Use the Title that Chris has)
As the seasons have made their shift and winter comes into full effect, so do the family traditions that come out only during Christmas time. This is when the boxes of Christmas lights come out with the detailed plans required to fixate each string of lights to shingles so come the boxes of decorations from decades past. Whether this is the time you come together with family, or maybe the first year out on your own. Whatever the case may be, enjoy this time of memories and remember the greatest gift of all: Jesus Christ. Enjoy this humor conversation as stories of old time memories are shared, journeys at the top of ladders, and so much more. The Breath of Life
There is nothing more riveting and jaw-dropping than to spend time and just ponder the reality that creation came into existence when God SPOKE it INTO existence. Think about that. That which DID NOT exist burst forth into obedience to God’s word and then existed. When God created man, He first stated in Genesis 1:26, “Let us make man in our image and likeness….. and the in Genesis 2:7 states, “the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” Here is the paradigm: as God created us, He has given us the same ability to create. The question is not: are we creating? The question is: what are we creating? Allow your paradigms to be greatly challenged, your ability to rise above your situation to strengthen, your faith to increase in order to speak out the words that agree with God’s will despite your reality, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: Creation, dust, the breath of life, architects, shopping malls, office buildings, blueprints, the tongue, love, and faith.

What is the Atmosphere of Heaven?
    In Matthew 6, Jesus not only said for us to pray, but He also taught us how to pray;

Regardless of who we are, or who those are that are around us, there are three different ways that we can honor: 1) Honor those created in the image and likeness of God, 2) Those who have bee gift for a God, and 3) those who are born again who carry God’s Kingdom. Find out the significance of these important truths, how you can walk in God’s Kingdom regardless of where your feet have landed, and so much more. Greg, Pat and John shared in this segment.

Race and the Church: Healing our Wounds that we may have a Healed Land -2 Chronicles 7:14
A powerful answer to prayer has come about to begin a conversation. In Matthew 28:19 Jesus commands His disciples, “…go and make disciples of all nations…”. The nations are made up of all people, not one particular demographic, or ethnicity, or race. We are called to tell everybody, of every ethnicity about Jesus. For someone to look at the gathering of the Church, the nations should be seen and reflected. God created all the nations, including the diverse people that make up each of the nations. In addition, He calls each of us to love the people that are within those nations.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stated “I think it is one of the tragedies of our nation, one of the shameful tragedies of our nation, that 11 o’clock on Sunday mornings is one of the most segregated hours if not THE most segregated hours in Christian America. Since God called the church to the nations, it’s significant to connect that a nation is not about a geographical region; it’s a people. The word “Ethnos” arises in what we know as ethnic group and race. Jesus calls us to witness to all the races and tell all the races that Jesus Christ loves them. Rick Joyner shares a critical perspective that all of us could relate to; if we knew our life was going to end tomorrow, only the most serious issues would be on our hearts. This brings additional understanding to why Jesus prays about unity the day before He was to be crucified. Unity in the Body of Christ is important to Him. On the journey of the church coming together, we have to acknowledge the wounds in our hearts that are unhealed. Attempting to walk through this conversation without first the healing that comes with the acknowledgement of sin, the repentance of sin, and the forgiveness of sin through the blood of Jesus Christ, will only cause further division. In his book, Blood Line, Don Piper shares a riveting reality: “New laws will not change an old heart but the gospel will change the nations.”
How we respond to these realities matters to those who are wounded and it matters to God. God has a mighty plan to pour out His Spirit across the land and the nations, but it’s up to the church to first acknowledge what hasn’t been acknowledged, to find each of our places at the foot of the cross, and begin the journey of healing. Hear more of the intricate depths of these powerful realities, how these truths are affecting not only a people, but an entire nation, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Rick Joyner, mindsets, humility, UPS, justice, righteousness, repentance, restoration, Martin Luther, Don Piper, revival, dreams, visions, miracles, the Power of God, and love. Greg, Pat, and John shared in this segment.

  • Is it true the way we treat other is really how we are treating Christ? Matt 25:40
Is it true the way we treat other is really how we are treating Christ? Matt 25:40
Headlines across the nations have caused some to simply respond in shock to the injustices are being witnessed. So often we credit things to men and their schemes. God is picking at a wound that we as the Church refuse to heal. Part of healing me is hearing me and the conversation has started. Often times we have the wrong response to wounds. According to Jesus, it matters how we treat other people even when we may not necessarily fully understand the situation someone may presently be in. In his book, Blood Lines, Don Piper stated, “New laws will not change an old heart but the gospel will change the nations.” There are two distinct differences between simply pointing out the wrong or the injustices in a situation, and sharing the love of the Gospel. One is depending on our ability to make things right and the other trusts the Holy Spirit to do things in His order and in His timing.
The truth of the Gospel and the finished work of the Cross has power and it works no matter where you are or who you are speaking to, the Gospel works. God has a desire to carry about His will and His plans because they are good. Be encouraged as you hear the conversations that have so beautifully begun like an orchestra throughout different voices in the Body of Christ, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: hearts, wounds, healing, judgments, justice, righteousness, repentance, volleyball, and love. Greg, Pat, and John shared in this segment.

Watch! LISTEN! The Unity and Diversity Discussion Held on the Gulf Coast: The Conversation the Father wants His children to have Part 2
A powerful answer to prayer has come about to begin a conversation. In Matthew 28:19, Jesus commands His disciples, “…go and make disciples of all nations…”. The nations are made up of all people, not one particular demographic, or ethnicity, or race. We are called to tell everybody, of every ethnicity about Jesus. For someone to look at the gathering of the church, the nations should be seen and reflected. In order for the church to win the nations to Jesus Christ, we must love and care about the nations as the heart of Jesus Christ would.
As the church in the Gulf Coast gathered in years past, one particular gathering stands out bringing an impactful context to this conversation. When the reality of racial profiling is addressed by leaders in the church with a willingness to repent and forgive the reality of it; the impact upon the body of Christ and the hearts of a people is stunningly profound. At the very same time of this precise gathering, impactful leaders were marching at the Mall in Washington D.C. addressing the same issue. God is into the balancing of scales of justice in a land and within the people He has created. In his own words, Rick Joyner shares how specific people groups have something special to offer an entire nation. The events that have unfolded in history regarding the first nation people have incredible implications that some may of never been aware of.
Just moments ago, Pastor Len Ballenger of Jubilee Christian International hosted a panel of pastors to begin a conversation about diversity in the church. The panel was comprised of Associate Pastor Earon James of Jubilee International, Pastor Josh Wallnofer of Klondike Baptist Church, Pastor Greg Burns of New Dimensions Christian Center, and Pastor Dan Livingston of Transformation Church. Who better to carry on the conversation than leaders in the church who have walked out their own journeys and experiences of diversity in the Church? As the vitality of this issue is addressed, Pastor Greg Burns expresses the critical perspective in order to move forward in this concern. The world responded to segregation with integration. An outward decision will never address the issues of the heart. He shares that instead of beginning with integration, we must first go through reconciliation. “Integration is an external move. Reconciliation is an internal move”. There is a must needed process from segregation: reconciliation, integration, appreciation, and then celebration.
There is great anticipation in the Body of Christ as we see a clearer lens of Revelation 7:9, “After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb…” Let your hope arise in what God is doing in the church as you hear from each of the pastors, how God has confirmed the need and timing of this conversation with signs and wonders, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: Fox News, Hand of God, United States Air Force Band, Pearl Harbor, Pensacola Bay Center, repentance, immigrants, Christopher Columbus, ethnicity, generations, military, persecution, crisis, humility, and love. For someone to look at the gathering of the church, the nations should be seen and reflected. God created all the nations, including the diverse people that make up each of the nations. In addition, He calls each of us to love the people that are within those nations.
The history of the United States reveals the many missionaries that departed the soils of America to share the good news of Jesus Christ. Those realities have waned to the point that the nations have come to America.
When we look at the book of Acts, we see a stark difference between the church in Jerusalem and the church in Antioch. Based on stark decisions, there were different outcomes between each. How does this apply to the church today? In Matthew 6: 9-10, Jesus said these words “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” It is important to note that when the church gathers, the Father’s Kingdom should be represented; not the world’s kingdom. Allow your hope to be stirred as you hear the heartfelt journeys and testimonies of these men, a visualization of what it looks like to have the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, how God has confirmed the critical need for this conversation to take place with signs and wonders, and so much more. Race and the Church, "From every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb" Part 2
The conversation continues on as there has been an answer to the prayers of the cry of many hearts. In Matthew 28:19, Jesus commands His disciples, “…go and make disciples of all nations…”. The nations are beautiful. It’s boring and bland if it is only ourselves. The important truth to remember is that, Jesus is not white, He’s God. God desires to pour out His Spirit upon the land. When we look at what God did through William Seymour and the Azusa St Revival, it is a fabulous picture of unity. All the races came together. In 1906, God reached the world through what was done in Azusa Street.
In his ministry through ChurchDiversity.com, Scott Williams brings together a powerful video about his own personal journey of what took place in a casual conversation of two men sharing about their fellowships. This is woven together with the riveting statement: “It’s not a black church. It’s not a white church. It’s God’s church.” Dr. Martin Luther King stated, “11 o’clock on Sunday morning is one of the most segregated hours if not THE most segregated hours in Christian America.” Are we giving up our own kingdoms or are we fighting for our own ways? Isn’t it worth giving up everything for God? God wants us to be open for whoever He wants to save.
In his own words, Rick Joyner shares how African Americans are a deeply wounded people that can bring healing to America. Looking at the present day statistics of African American families can only fully be seen when the realities of slavery and its effects upon families are taken into consideration as well. Everything connects. What we are seeing right now and witnessing, is the hunger and the willingness to bring about what must take place for what God desires to take place. Be encouraged and greatly inspired as you hear of the journey of confirmations and affirmations from the Lord that led to where we are now, and so much more. Also shared in this segment: mindsets, Azusa Street Revival, William Seymour, Torch and the Sword, Promise Keepers, purity, Pearl Harbor, wounding, healing, Jamestown, slavery, revolutionary war, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., segregation, and love.
