End Times, Sudden Trap, Don’t be Left Behind- Signs are Appearing- Part 2
Greg, John, and Pat discuss and caution us to be aware that while living in the “end times” we must be aware of the sudden traps that can cause you to be left behind; we must take special notice of the signs that are appearing more and more as the day of the Lord’s return draws near.
They continue to discuss what it’s going to be like; Jesus explained how it would be like in context of the signs that would have to appear first and that was Israel becoming a nation. Prior to the formation of Israel being a nation they were scattered all over the word. It was not like it is today prior to 1948 when Israel became a nation that’s how big the prophetic sign was and is. They continue to discuss at length what is written in God’s words and what it will be like in the end times and the necessity to be prepared for what is to come. In Luke 1:5 the Bible says, “Some of his disciples were remarking about how the temple was adorned with beautiful stones and with gifts dedicated to God. But Jesus said, As for what you see here, the time will come when not one stone will be left on another; every one of them will be thrown down.” What is coming upon the earth will bring such division that not even the stones will be left together. The disciples wanting to know when asked Jesus what would the signs be and Jesus replied was do not be deceived. So many will be deceived because they will follow signs instead of following Jesus. They continued to discuss that the longer one stays in their deception the thicker the veil grows before their eyes and they will not be able to see. Greg shares the way he avoids deception is by making sure that he stays rightly related as He has someone who speaks into his life as he is speaking into to others lives. He lives openly and abides daily with the Lord and washes himself with the word of God. This is good for us all. Many will come in Jesus’ name thinking they are delivering a word from God and saying this is God when in reality they are not. We must be aware of those who claim to say they know the day of Jesus’ return but He does not even know. We may not know the exact day but we do know the signs. The question remains is whether the church will be strong enough to endure what lies ahead. Are we going to be contradictions of the Jesus we proclaim?
Today Israel is constantly in the news. The Bible tells us in Romans 11:25 “I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, and in this way all Israel will be saved.” Whatever tension Israel is experiencing today will not stop until the full measure of the Gentiles come in. They continue to caution us to be careful because wrongly interpreting the signs can keep you captive during the end times.
They also caution us on not having the fear of man during this time. John Bevere, author, of The Fear of the Lord says that we serve what we fear; if we fear the Lord we will serve the Lord. They further discuss what Jesus said in Luke 21:10-19 ““Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.
“But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. They will hand you over to synagogues and put you in prison, and you will be brought before kings and governors, and all on account of my name. And so you will bear testimony to me. But make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will defend yourselves. For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. Everyone will hate you because of me. 18 But not a hair of your head will perish. Stand firm, and you will win life.” They continue to share how the don’t think the world has yet to experience or seen the intensity of what they are going to see during the end times. Don’t under estimate evil. This is not a time to be fearful but instead to remain loyal to the Lord. They remind us that when we see these dreadful things happening we are not to be afraid under the pressure but instead learn to relax. You will face persecution however, they discuss if the church is truly ready to face persecution and endure it because of some of the trivial things they have seen almost melt Christians, such as no air conditioning. As they continue to share they sensed that the church is at a better place collectively than she has been before and with great hope and because of some of the fruit that has been witnessed feel that she can endure. They just remind us that there is coming a day when people think they will be doing God a favor while attacking us. You will be offended just don’t take the bait. You will be betrayed don’t let it take you down.
Make up your mind, not to worry about how to defend yourself. People today have such a defensive mindset. They don’t want to look like something is wrong with them. They encourage us that the only way to make it is by abiding with Jesus. Every day we can follow a simple abiding plan that will help us hear God’s voice, write down what He tells us, giving us opportunity to obey and implement the word of God in our lives.
They remind us of Jesus’ words in Luke 21: 15-19 “ I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict. You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. Everyone will hate you because of me. But not a hair of your head will perish. Stand firm, and you will win life.”
God will give us words and wisdom to stand against our adversaries. When you see Jerusalem surrounded by her enemies you know that time is drawing near. It is time to preach to the Gentiles like never before. There is a number for them to reach before the pain of Israel stops. Perilous times are coming but you need not be afraid. You can have great peace and know when you see these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.

Sudden Destruction; Be careful not to mistake God’s Patience for Acceptance
In this wisdom moment Greg shares regarding sudden destruction and warns us to be careful not to mistake God’s patience for acceptance. Proverbs 29:11 “Whoever remains stiff-necked after many rebukes will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy.” They discuss that stiff-neck means lacking the ability to turn a person who is obstinate, haughty and unrepentant by choice. Some people after hearing many warnings, getting many rebukes, without turning deceive themselves into believing that God is all talk and no action. They arrogantly declare I have heard it before. They continue on living, working, eating then one day they have a suddenly. They experience destruction in their families, with their children, in their jobs and business and some of these sudden destructive tragedies are simply irreversible and they have to live with their consequences. They encourage us to obey God the first time

The Jones’ are not all they CRACK ed up to be; First Family Member Murdered; Stabbing in Pittsburgh School Part 2
Greg, John and Pat discuss how the Jones’ are not all they are cracked up to be. They also continue to discuss how there was a family member murdered in God’s first family and it relates to the recent stabbing that just occurred in a High School in Pennsylvania. It is reported that that the young man who stabbed and injured 20 students came from a good Ozzie and Harriet type home. They continue to discuss how everyone is responsible for their own actions and cannot blame what they do on their parents. Discipline is not a bad thing in fact Jesus learned obedience by the things He suffered. Hebrews 12:7 states “Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children.” They also discuss that although Bill Cosby produced a quality television program that portrayed family in a very positive light while in his own personal life his own son was murdered while changing a tire on the side of the road. There are no perfect families; all families have issues. They continue to discuss how many different people throughout history no matter their public and work life had issues in their family and the reason being is that we are all human beings and we are all flawed and are in desperate need of a Savior. They encourage us not to try to hide the realities of life. Before families were created there were husband and wife issues with Adam and Eve and once their sons were born there were family issues with one son actually murdering the other son. They further discuss the tragic stabbing of 20 children in PA school. Many say they can’t believe what is happening although our society is selling video games that glamorize illegal activity. It is reported that allegedly the Navy Yard shooter had food brought to him while he played a shooting video games for hours. The next day after the shooting Grand Theft Auto V was released on the market and the game broke records with $800 million dollars in sales in the first 24 hours and $1 billion dollars in three days all the while nobody was shocked. This is how law enforcement are trained and yet kids are playing these murder games for hours all the while their minds are being programed. The reality that whatever is done in the heart will eventually manifest in reality. How many young people are rehearsing killing people for hours only to face pressure and stress in their life and then snap while nothing is said about $1 billion sold in training them?

  • The Protocol for the Coming Outpouring of God’s Spirit
John, Greg and Pat discuss how there is a protocol for the outpouring of God’s Spirit. John shares how God woke him up one morning and before his head came off his pillow he heard “The harvest is plentiful and the workers are few; the harvest is plentiful that’s why I sent you.” He believes that this was a direct word for him but it is also a word for the church. We have been sent to bring in the harvest. They discuss how many are hearing God regarding the coming move of God and are filled with great expectation and joy. Many are looking forward to the wonders of the Lord, basking in his presence, and being an eye witness to the countless souls that will make Jesus Lord of their life. However, revival and refreshing doesn’t just happen there is a protocol for the outpouring of God’s spirit. The protocol is the same as it has always been repentance precedes refreshing. Acts 3:19 says “Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord”. John continues to share how God spoke to him regarding the book of Joel, many in the church today are familiar with Joel 2 declaring how God is going to pour out His Spirit on all flesh yet they often overlook Joel chapter 1. Joel 1:4-5 speaks about the great locust, the young locust and the other locust that have come to eat everything leaving nothing. Then it goes on to say in verse 5 “Wake up, you drunkards, and weep! Wail, all you drinkers of wine; wail because of the new wine for it has been snatched from your lips.” Many today are drunk in the church not necessarily on wine but they are intoxicated on the things of this world totally stupefied meaning they are in an altered state of mind. The truth is that God wants his church to be intoxicated on His Love and presence. It’s time to call for a solemn assembly and declare a holy fast and stop getting together as the church just to get together but to unite for one purpose and one purpose only; to repent before God. They continue to discuss how the church has many things but do we have a spirit of mourning, a spirit of weeping and wailing for the sins that are committed in the world, in the church and for our own sins. To wail means to utter a prolonged inarticulate cry however the problem is that we have filled God’s ears with articulate prayers while we have failed to repent. If we want to see the outpouring in Joel 2 take place, we must first repent that refreshing may from the Lord. The message was the same when John the Baptist preached it, it was the same when Jesus preached it, it was the same when the disciples in the early church preached it and it is the same today. It’s time to ask the Lord for grace to truly see the atrocities of our sins before him and burden us with a spirit of weeping and wailing, repenting for our own sins and the sins of our fathers asking for mercy, sparing us from judgment, and calling out for revival.

  • The Power of Casting Vision and Creating the Right Environment
The Power of Casting Vision and Creating the Right Environment
John, Greg, and Pat discuss the power of casting vision and creating the right environment as they discuss a recent talk given by President and CEO of Manchester Bidwell Corporation, Bill Strickland. Bill spoke at the Harvard School of Public Health as part of the Decision – making: Voices from the Field webcast leadership series. He has done an exceptional job in building state of the art learning centers for impoverished people living in the inner city of Pittsburgh. One of Bill’s key philosophies is environment drives behavior, beautiful environment creates beautiful kids; prisons create prisoners. He found out that children and people in general perform a much higher level when they are in a better environment and when they have vision cast upon them for the future. They continue to discuss when jazz musician Dizzy Gillepsi saw fist hand what was being accomplished at the center he knew he had to help Bill build more centers like the one in Pittsburgh all around the country. Dizzy gathered a few musicians together and recorded several albums giving the rights to Bill. These albums went to win Grammys as well as generate funds for the educational center. Bill’s vision is so compelling that the founder of EBay wrote him a half a million dollar check and Senator Heinz wrote him a $1 million dollar check. Today their vision is to build these first class educational centers not only in the United States but they have an aggressive goal of building 100 of them around the world. The educational center teaches vocational skills, entrepreneurship, horticulture, and arts. They continue to discuss the possibilities of what could happen when the church establishes Apostolic Centers to equip the saints to advance God’s kingdom in the earth. They continue to discuss how these Apostolic centers can have a profound effect on the 7 Mountains that affect our world; religion, family, education, government, media, arts & entertainment, and business. The church needs to stop looking to government and allow God to provide for you. When the church gets this vision we will want to see the King of Kings on the top of all these mountains that we may be faithful to His word and His ways in our land.

The Jones’ are not all they CRACK ed up to be; First Family Member Murdered; Stabbing in Pittsburgh School Part 1

The Power of Casting Vision and Creating the Right Environment: First Class Education Centers
LISTEN NOW!
They encourage us to obey God the first time He speaks to us; simply hear and obey.
The Protocol for the Coming Outpouring of God’s Spirit
