Some of the prophetic words have said that America will go back to the 1960's ever since President Obama told Israel they should go back to the 1967 borders. Greg shares the difference is not the 1960's like you think it is because the people who were in the streets those on the outside where trying to change what was happening on the inside. Today those who are protesting against capitalism, the constitution and military strength are no longer on the outside they are now on the inside in key positions in the government from the congress, pentagon and the White House. In this wisdom moment found in Proverbs 4: 18-19, Greg shares what it is like to walk rightly before our Lord Jesus Christ, "Walking obediently in the light of his Word and in view of his mercy." It's completely opposite for those who choose not to walk with the Lord. For those who choose to walk in darkness, who chooses to walk outside the grace and Lordship of The Lord, who choose to walk openly in sin their lives get darker and darker and darker.

Greg and Pat share that there is hope for everyone who have past failures, to be used of God. One example they share regarding this hope is about Saul before he got saved and became Apostle Paul. He persecuted the church even to the point of killing some believers. Yet when he met Jesus he had an encounter with God and that encounter led him into kingdom service. He was willing to go into cities and proclaim the gospel. They continue to share that many in the kingdom of God have not gone out into the harvest because of excuses of convenience, comfort and money. They challenge VFN Radio listeners to win cities for God. They share that they are looking for those who are willing to get free from the religious bondage and believe God to do what he says he can do. We are looking for a few who will stand up in this generation. Maybe you are called to be a part of Gideon's Army, the weakest and least likely. Enlist and join the spiritual army of God. We have been preparing for you. We are looking for a few humble servants that understand that we need God. If that's you join God's spiritual army today.

Greg and Pat share that there is nothing more precious than someone "fighting" on the same team. They go on to discuss two hypothetical soldiers, one who has a crisp uniform, perfect hair, has a 4.0 grade point average and then the other soldier who has messed up hair, rough hands, and a disheveled uniform. It's not about what is on the outside but what is on the inside that matters. Many in the church today are just looking at people's "outside". They continue to share that you can't trust a man who doesn't limp. This is someone who is not willing to be authentic and show their true side. Just like Jesus told the woman who was caught in adultery, neither do I condemn you, go and leave your life of sin. We are not supposed to judge our brothers, break your gavel and leave it to God. Empathize with others, don't judge them just share your life. Some other things discussed are spiritual maturity: spiritual fathers and mothers.

Greg and Pat share about Pastor Steve, a former Marine, who did two tours of duty in Iraq, and his present ministry launch to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They share how Steve cried out to God and met him and began a journey of discipleship, trained up in Vine Fellowship University and joined Gideon's Army.
