Podcast - The Wheel Route

Welcome to the first of many hybrid Bachelorette/College Football episodes for this year, as we first review the first episode of Clare’s journey to find love then switch over to CFB content (39:00). Games picked = BYU @ Houston, Pitt @ Miami, UCF @ Memphis, Georgia @ Alabama, and Navy @ ECU.

The Bachelorette is back in action so it’s time once again to draft squads for Claire’s (and Tayshia’s?) upcoming journey. Can Emily or Jordan capture the crown for the first time, or will Logan pull off the 3-peat?

Week 6 was a tough one for our personal schools but overall gave us a very entertaining Saturday with high drama in the Big 12 and SEC; apologies to all listeners who faded our picks!

Week 6 provides several intriguing matchups particularly in the SEC and ACC with multiple ranked-vs-ranked games across the board. Games picked = Florida @ Texas A&M, Virginia Tech @ UNC, Texas vs Oklahoma, Tennessee @ Georgia, and Miami @ Clemson.

Time to discuss a weekend of games that was more entertaining than perhaps we expected. Can anyone in the ACC hang with Clemson? How much longer will Miss St results be over-analyzed? Will Oklahoma make a bowl game?

Not a terrific schedule for this weekend but we’ve still got a top-10 SEC matchup and some intriguing ACC matchups to discuss; bonus tangent to briefly pay respects to the best tweets of all time.

Week 3 gave us some upsets of top-10 teams, good results for the Hoos and the Gators, as well as a much better week of picks for the boys. Bonus weekend shenanigans discussion!

This week we’re sprinkling in a little golf and pork belly talk with our football content, which includes a brief review of Week 3, an ACC preview, & picking Kentucky at Auburn, Louisville @ Pittsburgh, Army at Cincinnati, FSU at Miami, and Tennessee at South Carolina.

The B1G has decided to enter the football fray, we preview the upcoming year for the SEC, and begin another journey of picking games against the spread (for entertainment purposes only).

The 1st week of the 2020 CFB season is in the books and we have games to recap as well as giving a quick preview look at the Big 12. Later in the week we’ll discuss the SEC & ACC and get back to picking games against the spread for entertainment purposes.
