On today's podcast I interview fellow author Bettina Wiethoff on our joint book adventure "She is Remarkable" with 27 other authors. Bettina explained how she embarked on a very difficult journey of divorce which led to a much-needed self-discovery and revelation of her true inner self-healing journey to her inner child and grounded her adult self further.

This is Bettina's very first published work titled "From Untruth to Truth" on page 130 of the book 'She is Remarkable'.  She divulges in some depth on how her chapter helped not only herself but will also help many others on the journey of divorce and finding themselves again. An epiphany that many of us do not expect to find; but we sadly or gladly do in difficult times like this.

After her initial career in hospitality & event management and many years of extensive travel, Dubai-based personal development enthusiast Bettina Wiethoff felt it was time to share the knowledge she had gained on her inner self-discovery journey. Her never-ending curiosity to understand how human beings can operate at their best led her to study various techniques and ancient sciences such as mindfulness, yoga, Ayurveda, human design, numerology and meditation.
