Today Mohamnad and I talk about what has happened since we last spoke with his pending charges. We also discus the recent outage of Face Book, Instagram and Whatsapp. As well as how the government uses the media, including social media platforms like Face Book to shape it's narrative.

Mohamnad is a security professional with over 18 years of experience. While attempting to get security clearance in Virginia, his life was flipped upside down when he was tossed out of his hotel room, and charged with a DUI while sleeping in his car.

I met Mohamnad while filming the protests over Andrew Brown in Elizabeth City. And hired him when I needed security, as there were a few characters at the protest that had it out for me.

Now Mohamnad, who has a warrant out for his arrest, is trying to piece his life back together after loosing his car. With no job, home or income, he shares his side of the story.

On January 28th, 20002, Eric Landon was convicted of forging prescriptions. He was sentenced to a 5 year probation, which soon became a nearly 7 year probation as a result of a false positive drug test. Which lead Landon to become suspicious of the drug testing process. So he began to keep a record of his own. Going as far as to get a blood test directly after being tested by his probation officer. 4 and a half years later, at his last very pronation meeting. Landon got another positive drug test. Which led to the prosecutor trying to place him in prison for 7 years.

Fortunately, he thought ahead, and had the proof he need to prove his case. 17 years after his case began in 2019, Eric Landon received a $535,000 verdict in his favor. And his NY appellate case has since been used to help others in his position. Here is his story.
