We are nearly through The Key to Time series! This time, John & Taylor review The Power of Kroll and find themselves an absolute banger! Not the story, though it's rather enjoyable, but that Kroll chant! They desperately want to find a fan who is comfortable creating beats and who is will to help us craft a dancefloor jam to honor Kroll! We're into the back half of the Key to Time series and this time John & Taylor find that, on the whole, the series stumbles a little with The Androids of Tara. There are some good parts, certainly, but there is also much that our duo wonder "Why'd they do it that way?" Either way, they find the best bits and suggest changes to improve the rest! Aggrocrags return! John & Taylor continue their review of the entire Key to Time series with The Stones of Blood! We already loved the two stories before this and Stones only builds on what could be considered peak Classic Who! The hunt for the Key to Time takes the Doctor and Romana to Earth where everybody must get stooooned! And by stoned we mean, devoured by living stone from an alien planet that’s being controlled by a villainous woman from another planet who’s masquerading as a geologist’s assistant. Oh, and eventually justice sparkles from hyperspace...glittering in hyperspace...arrive to debate legal theory!

John and Taylor dig into the beginning of The Key to Time series with The Ribos Operation! And, frankly, they love it! A wholly underrated story, they dive into its virtues and get ready to follow the adventure until all the pieces are collected! We've nearly finished watching the final stories of all the Doctors (only the epic The War Games remains), but this time we witness the debut of the Cybermen and departure of the First Doctor with The Tenth Planet! It's something of a Doctor-lite episode, so does that ultimately help or hurt the story? We discuss that and all the wild accents (again) in this great story!

This time John & Taylor take it back to the Wild Wild West. Nope, no Will Smith to speak of, but we find Doctor Caligari, Dodo DuPont, and Steven Regret possibly regretting their choice to visit Tombstone, AZ in 1881 as the get themselves mixed up in the bad blood between the Earps and Clantons. Will they make it out alive or will the Ballad of the Last Chance Saloon drive them mad?

London 1941! There’s a war on, there’s a con on, and someone’s looking for his mum. With these stories, the Moff arrives in signature Moff style with commonplace items turned scary, a deeply emotional family story, and an answer telegraphed well ahead of time. Plus, we get the introduction of Captain Jack!

John & Taylor start to add to their collection of 9th Doctor reviews by adding the quite enjoyable duo of The Empty Child & The Doctor Dances! A classic tale of spooky stuff from the Moff with a touching family tale within. And, could this possibly be the happiest ending of any Doctor Who story?

While investigating a series of mysterious sinkings, The Doctor discovers that the Master is planning to align himself with a long-dormant race of sea people (why they developed legs underwater, we have no idea) simply to hurt the humans the Doctor loves so much! Can the Doctor defeat the Master and the bureaucracy of the Royal Navy?! All while the soundtrack is provided by a broken Speak & Spell? Join us, as we venture into the ocean to tackle THE SEA DEVILS!

The Mara, done chillin’ in the recesses of Tegan’s mind, sets our team on an adventure to Manussa where he’s/it’s (I double checked its gender) determined to return to full strength in a move worthy of Voldemort. However, all it’s armed with (pun...snakes have no arms) is a ritual and a crystal stolen from the hood of an 84 Chrysler LeBaron convertible.

John and Taylor are back to review the 5th Doctor story Snakedance! Originally suggested by friend-of-the-show Mike, it was feared this might be a trap of pure bonkers. Instead, John found himself completely under the spell of the Mara and completely loved this story. Will you be equally enamored? You'll have to listen to find out!

At the suggestion of friend-of-the-show Mike, John and Taylor found themselves in an alternate universe where Doctor Who made its way through the Wilderness Years as The Stranger! Wait, that wasn't an alt universe? They really made this in 1991? That's right! We explore the, um, interesting world of getting your Who fix when there wasn't Who to be had! The guys had reactions. And they also worked to improve it a'la Sleep No More.
