Today’s episode I’m diving into personal feelings about being gaslighted, Bren and I’s newest issues with being no contact and being gaslighted by family, and talking about toxic family members.

This episode, with an amazing friends approval, I was able to talk about her personal story dealing with her child who has mental health issues, is rather difficult, and her own struggles. She is worried and concerned about when she is allowed to choose her own mental health over parenting full time. All names have been changed for the privacy of my friend who allowed me to share. ✨
