In order to get more things done, I’ve always heard the same advice over and over again…

Set deadlines and hold yourself accountable to them.

I never tried it, I didn’t believe in it.

Because I know that I will always let myself off the hook if what I was working on wasn’t completely done by the deadline.

I finally did give it a shot though and realized how setting deadlines can work, but only if you think about deadlines a bit differently.

I share how I now think about deadlines and how it’s probably doubled or tripled my productivity.

Whenever I launch a business or a podcast, I would not ask for feedback from anyone. I’ll just launch a product and see if the market will respond to it.

My logic behind it is if I ask for feedback to my friends & family, they will not give me the honest truth to what they really feel about it.

But I think I took that too far.
