In June of 2005, Ooooh Sticky & the Greasy Pigs made a reunion gig at the Pennabilli Buskers Festival in Italy. After 12 years the original line-up all got together and as usual performed without any practicing at all.

Holidays in the Sun and Pretty Vacant by the Sex Pistols mixed with Al Capone by Prince Buster. It was one of our old standbys. The in band joke was always... “What song do you want to start with?”. The joke is that we ALWAYS started with this medley.

This song does not feature me playing, but I made the video. The band is Ooh Sticky, which is the Denmark line-up of Ooooh Sticky and the Greasy Pigs featuring only Tam Lawrence of the original line-up.

I made the video very quickly as a bonus for our 2005 reunion DVD. The song talks mostly about Clinton, but I had been dying to lay into Bush for so long that I couldn’t resist the opportunity!

Here’s a fun ska number for all you beach bums out there! I wrote this with Jim Abrams in Chicago back in 1987.

Ooooh Sticky & the Greasy Pigs recorded this track in Copenhagen live in the studio less than two months before the big breakup in Ferrara (Before getting back together again some years later!)

Ooooh Sticky & the Greasy Pigs-This video was made by the festival. It’s not bad, but they edited out the part where we all stop playing and cry of the loss of our brother who succumbed to his hemorrhoids.

It was the best part!

Ooooh Sticky & the Greasy Pigs-This is one of Tam’s great country songs. The song’s called Chicken Shack and it’s recorded in a real chicken shack on a farm in Tuscany. There’s lot’s of video effects, but there are no effects or overdubs on the audio! Those are real chickens making all that noise right on cue! This was the 3rd take and the birds were right on the beat! Now that’s real down home busking goodness!

This is probably my favorite song that I ever wrote. I remember writing it on the boat to Calais as I was being deported from England (for being a busker!). It’s a great song for anybody who’s looking to quit smoking!
