Crossing Washington - Philip and Jerika spoke with United Way of Benton Franklin County to talk about needs in their community. 

Philip and Jerika talk about the importance of understanding world issues by discussing one of our member charities, Global Impact. An organization that maximizes your dollar to allow more services to be provided on a grander-scale in countries in need. Global Impact has generated more than $1.8 billion to help people in need.

There is a great need in the many countries in Africa. African Enterprise assist women and children with education, and a resources for jobs and more.

Thanks, gratitude, gratefulness all around! Hunger Intervention Program with Executive Director Srijan Chakraborty called into the Podcast to talk about hunger, food and the need in the North Seattle area.

Places please! The Legacy Project's new exhibit, 1968 The Year That Rocked Washington, opened on September 13th in the Office of the Secretary of State. Philip and Heather sat down with Senior Researcher Lori Larson, Chief Historian John Hughes and Historian Bob Young to discuss the new exhibit, 1968's impact on Washington State and the world.

Philip and Jerika headed north to Seattle to speak to Amy, with The World Is Fun. Their a nonprofit group that assists nonprofits and the community to get individuals involved in a cause they love!
