Fisheries Supervisor BJ Kratz is hopeful for southeast ND fisheries despite the snowy winter as the NDG&F Department begins its dissolved oxygen surveys in the district next week.  BJ also drops some science, biology and chemistry knowledge that every angler should understand when it comes to dissolved oxygen and fish health...in our outdoors.
