This time we are celebrating the birthday of our wonderful Emmu, also known as @londonfoginacup and we're not just back with three fics read by the other members of the Podfic Pals, we also have a very special guest star who joins in on the fun and reads one of her favorite fics. For this year's pride month, we have decided to make an extra long pride special, featuring fics read by every member of the Podfic Pals. Mia reads "Baby, Don't Apologize" by Neondiamond. Evi reads "let me show you" by safetyfilm. Emmu reads "We Made a Start" by lululawrence and Tabby reads "Prelude to Forever" by AlwaysAqua.

This week Evi reads "Blind Date" by LadyAJ_13. 

Louis Tomlinson, model and aspiring actor, has been chosen to appear on Blind Date. The only problem is, all the contestants are wonderful. And so is the host. It's making things difficult.

Harry Styles is the daughter of the governor in Port Royal, and a mysterious band of pirates is terrorizing the town.

This week Tabby reads "it's time to find your wings again" by we_are_the_same. 

The first reports are dismissed, as tall tales or folklore. As mental illness, poor Bathilda, she’d gone loopy. As people simply getting scared in the dark woods and seeing things, making things up. Magic isn’t real. Mythological creatures aren’t real.  

But then the first one is caught. A faun, that little Meg from around the corner swears has attacked her in the woods, and everyone comes to the marketplace to see the faun be hanged for its crimes. Louis doesn’t want to go, but at the same time, he finds himself unable to stay away. Not when this proves what he’s wanted to believe all along, that magic is real.

Louis is twenty when he starts working at the prison. His fascination for supernatural creatures had turned into something most closely resembling loathing over the years, due to the many stories of their evildoing, and although he still doesn’t believe in hanging them for their crimes, he does believe in keeping the town safe. In making sure that his siblings get to grow up without fear of being kidnapped or hurt. As the oldest son, it feels like his duty to make sure that no creature in the wide area will ever pose a threat to anyone.

Louis looks like he's going to topple over, arms filled with planks and mesh.

"What's this for?" Liam asks, rushing to take the weight away before Louis hurts himself.

"The bees, Liam!" Louis motions vaguely around himself to where there are definitely no bees.

Liam frowns. His large fuzzy eyebrows (good landing spots for bees) furrowing. "There are no bees here, Louis."

"Not yet, there's not."
