This week, I learn the lesson that Christmas specials probably need to be recorded in September or October. But, Scotty and Anthony had some time to discuss some of their favorite Christmas things. Also, I go over part 3 of Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale's mini-series, Batman: The Long Halloween.

Anthony and I are doing our somewhat quarterly sports episode. We discuss the firing of University of Louisville football head coach Bobby Petrino, and how our NFL rooting interests have been faring so far this year.

In this episode, we're discussing some recent video games we've been playing. Those include Destiny 2 (because it was free), Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Red Dead Redemption 2, and the mobile game Marvel Strike Force. We also give our thoughts on the announcement of Diablo Immortal at Blizzcon, and the reactions to it.

In this week's episode, we're discussing upcoming movies for the next 6 months. Some highlights include The Crimes of Grindelwald, The Grinch, Aquaman, Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse, Bumblebee, Split, Captain Marvel, and many more. Then, Anthony talks about some of his favorite Halloween movies. Then we wrap up with chapter 1 of our year-long look at the Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale Batman story, The Long Halloween.

In this week's episode, I sat down with Dan Thompson, owner of The Zone Comic Shop in Louisville, Kentucky, to discuss what led to him owning the store, what it takes to run the shop, and some of his thoughts on the state of the comic industry.
