For the last episode of this podcast, we want to talk about parents' awareness in mental health issues faced by teenagers. Do parents really aware of this issue? Do they really care about their child's mental health? We are sure they do but do they notice all the symptoms their child shows?
Since the announcement by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on 16.3.2020 on the implementation of the Movement Control Order nationwide, many regulations have been implemented under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (“the Act”) to prevent and curb the spread of COVID-19. SOP which stands for Standard Operation Procedure are universally recognized as basic to safe aviation operations. Due to the condition getting worse, there are some people violating SOP rules and risking their health.
Changes in development during childhood are rapid and more obvious than the changes that come later on in life, but before you reach adulthood, there is one more large transition: adolescence. Adolescence brings the physical development of puberty, as well as cognitive, social, and emotional changes. Following adolescence, transitions are less obvious, but still significant throughout emerging adulthood and adulthood. Finally, growing older means confronting many psychological, emotional, and social issues that come with entering the last phase of life.
Bully is the behavior of a person who hurts or frightens someone smaller or less powerful, often forcing that person to do something they do not want to do. Bully can comes in a lot of forms. It can be verbally bully, physically and mentally bully. Bully should not be looked down because it can affects someone so badly. For this week's podcast episode, we shared the experiences how bully was and we wanted to give some advices to the listeners about how serious this issue is.
Due to the Covid-19, face-to-face education has been shifted to ODL which is Online Distance Learning. During this moment, online learning can assist to ensure the continuity of studying. Through this unprecedented situation, numerous applications for education purposes have been introduced as a solution for these matters such as Google Classroom, Google Hangouts, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and the most popular application Zoom. But, during the process in ODL, many students faced a lot of stress because they were not used to this online learning. So, for today's episode, we wanted to talk about the experiences we had experienced during this ODL. At the same time, we wanted let the listeners know that they are not alone in this ODL process and we wanted the listeners to share their experience too so that we can share to other listeners.
There are loads of myths and legends in a culturally diverse country such as Malaysia. It shouldn’t come as a surprise then that some of the nation’s most beautiful landscapes hold the most fantastical stories. Some of these tales are made of the stuff of nightmares that give travelers the occasional heebie jeebies while others are just downright tragic. It’s wise to note that the general rule when you’re at these places is to maintain proper conduct and not do anything that might be perceived as disrespectful, such as talking loudly or behaving inappropriately. So, here are some of the myths we would like to share with the listeners.

Everyone has been through puberty when moving to adulthood and during those transitions, there are a lot of concerns which adolescence faced. We want to address one of the concerns to the listeners, which is body image concerns, so that the listeners are able to know how how serious these concern can affect someone. Besides that, we wanted to provide some useful advices to those who are facing these challenges and at the same time provide a platform for the listeners to share their story or even some advices how they got through this challenge.
