Podzilla 1985

Podzilla 1985 is deeply saddened by the sudden loss of icon Carrie Fisher. Tonight the gang talks about her loss, her legacy, and ponder mortality. We also lighten things up with our post Christmas report, chat about the Simpsons, get a little blue, and just see where the night takes us.

Join us by the fire and spread the holiday cheer with Seanán, Jesse, Lindsey, and Mandy. Twas the show before Christmas, and all through the podcast, not a topic was thought out ahead of time, so....here ya go. Merry Christmas!!!

The anger is back! This week the PWU crew has the unenviable task of discussing Charlotte/Sasha pt. 3992, the New Day's inevitable demise, Roadblock, the freshly announced UK expansion for WWE, the death of wrestling as we know it, and Broken Mr. 100's epic rant against Total Nonstop Deletion.

Jesse joins the show this week to talk about a whole heap of randomness provided by you guys. What are we looking forward to this Christmas? Who would the PZ85 crew team up with to fight against? And of course, the ultimate decision - Ducktales or Rescue Rangers? Spoilers - it's Darkwing Duck. All of this plus some deserved Nintendo hate, some real talk about bullying, and more!

Alright, Jesse's laptop is operationial and the second part of Nerd Up went off without a hitch!  Except that Seanan wasn't able to join us as he's a bit under the weather.  That said, we've got all we promised and more as some news hit today about Nintendo's possible slap in the faces of Wii U owners.

Also, because I forgot to plug it on the show, I'll mention it here.  This episode was brought to you in part by the fine gentlemen of Press Start to Join.  You can find their podcast on www.ps2jshow.com and their videos at youtube.com/ps2jshow.  I highly recommend checking them out if you're a fan of our show!

So this week on Nerd Up Jesse is joined by Seanan Young, Asa Gray, and Dalton Anthony to talk about Star Wars Rogue One, Ducktales, Overwatch, Yooka Laylee, For Honor, DC Comics and Movies, but due to technical difficulties we only managed to get around half of it.  Worry not, though, we'll have the rest of the show ready for you tomorrow night after we've hopefully figured out what's going wrong with our audio editing software.

We're continuing the Christmas celebration this week by harkening back to the days of yesteryear - when Christmas was awesome and gifts were still exciting. Come listen to the Thursday gang (and Mandy!) talk about their favorite and most memorable Xmas gifts. And we read some of yours on the air!

#GetReady, CCW champion Brandon Barbwire is in the house this week to talk about new WWE signings, firings, a new DELETION, Booker T, Vince McMahon looking out for himself, and more! Asa and Dalton also discuss their visit to Stride Pro Wrestling over the weekend, and the champ gets intense as he spars with the panel about his title match against Hollis Giroux at Caged Chaos in January!

PZ85 is saddened by the sudden and unexpected death of Alan Thicke. We talk about him a little bit on tonight's show, along with a bunch of other random TV stuff, and we share plenty of icy stories of cold weather shenanigans.

This week on Nerd Up Jesse is joined by Dalton Anthony and Asa Gray to talk about Last Guardian, Nintendo and Jimmy Fallon, R.L. Stine, Transformers, Spider-Man Homecoming and more!
