A poem of the facade that many sufferers of mental health often present to others around them. I for one am guilty of hiding behind a mask of happiness, though slowly yet surely, I am beginning to find me again.
Don’t suffer in silence. There are so many out there that can help ... if only they knew.

In my mind, there is nothing more soothing than the sound of rainfall against the window when it's time for sleep.
This poem pays tribute to that sound and how it is truly beguiling and hypnotic.

Sometimes, we all need to take stock of what we have, what we have achieved in life and be thankful for those things we have gained - emotionally or physically.
We need to remember that the grass isn't always greener and should hold on to what we have before we lose it all together.

A poem inspired by the pure magnificence of the Moon, shining above Skiathos town in October 2020. Nature has an unbridled way of being awesome.

At a time when I was feeling down, I sat in my garden just as nightfall was approaching and let the sights and sounds wash over me for a while. It was one of the most therapeutic things that I have experienced.
As a consequence of that particular event, I wrote this poem.
