Can we reach a point where we begin to unlove someone.?

Is there a bullet proof way to get over someone ? Seems the harder we try the harder they stick, the harder it is to remove them.

Letting go is definitely the hard part. Removing yourself from toxic cycles and learning how to stop going back where we aren’t wanted. This poem is for those of us who need to learn how to start choosing ourselves

One of my many letters to God. This poem is for those of us who need a reminder that God is listening, that our tears are not falling on deaf ears. That when we have no strength he can bare the weight.

Sweet reminder that we have to be honest and true with ourselves when someone’s absence is more peaceful than their presence. The love may remain but we are better apart than together.

In our lives we’re always healing from something, there is always some kind of loss going on in our lives. But eventually we push through we get through it
