didn’t you know? the earth, the bird, him, and me, we are all one. it’s something i’ve always believed, and i enjoy being reminded. there’s one timeline that separates one of us from the other. we are in a sacred dance with one another.

before we had social media or the internet, we had a social brain. anthropologist robin dunbar, with social brain theory, found that our brains actually grew larger specifically to handle the complexity of staying connected to a tribe of about 150 people.
