The major struggle I faced when I was first diagnosed with P.O.F was a system failure in my identity. In this episode I will give you the basic definition for P.O.F and discuss how it challenged everything I believed, ultimately leading me into a crisis of identity. It was important to analyze the complex situation I was faced, to take it apart and identify those areas that were pushing me into crisis and address them specifically, so that I could get back to taking on the giant that is P.O.F. 

This part of my journey makes for a central piece of the puzzle, and lays the foundation for a lot of what my struggle would be.

After struggling with receiving the diagnosis of premature ovarian failure three years ago, It is time to talk about it because the one thing that I had the toughest time with was feeling like I had a lonely road to walk.

I felt like I was an anomaly, - which I probably am, but I am not the only one.

And I hope that talking about it in this podcast will help someone else dealing with premature ovarian failure realize that neither are they.
