In order for us to reach our pinnacle of success, we have to actually do something. Wishing on a star and praying for something to happen is not enough. Why? Because "faith without works is dead." We have to actually DO something. Action is required and following instructions is a MUST.

To celebrate Mother's Day, I wanted to share with you guys three lessons my mom taught me that helped my life and career tremendously! While she taught me a lot, these three were the core of my foundation:

1. Finish what you start.

2. The worst they can tell you is no.
