They are planning to do a meetup in Atlanta for anyone who is interested. GO Fest is looking like it will end up being a spectacular event with some great habitat themes. Niantic has reduced the cost and will be providing quite a few freebies like incense, raid passes, and remote raid passes. That said, if you are planning to play for the entire 16 hours make sure you have plenty of extra incense handy. Sylveon has made its debut and people are thrilled to add it to their pokedex.
