Welcome to Pokémon GO Podcast! Charles and Joe are here with another amazing episode! We doubt The Pokémon Company would ever permit Niantic to do a crossover in Pokémon GO, but that doesn't stop us from discussing what a crossover could look like. Could you imagine doing a raid against the Power Ranger's Megazord to earn some amazing prizes? Or teaming up with Mario to take down Bowser? The possibilities are amazing to think of. The Hoopa event is interesting because Niantic seems content to let it be a slow burn event. We wonder if it will be able to keep our interest the entire time. Furfrou is adding a new mechanic that lets us dynamically change the look of him. We suspect that mechanic will be used for Arceus as well, but we really wish they would use that mechanic for Pokémon costumes.
