Police Academy Podcast

A North Miami police officer fired three rounds from his rifle, hitting Mr. Kinsey in his right leg. Why?

Kinsey, a behavior therapist at a nearby group home, was trying to retrieve a wandering autistic man. Before he could do so, the police arrived, responding to a call of an armed and suicidal party, who just so happened to be Kinsey's patient, Arnaldo. Kinsey does a great job to diffuse the situation and still took a rifle round to his right leg. How can this be? There are a few possible answers, none of them very good.
