Today's episode brings special guest Ray Beshirs of Blue Shield Tactical Systems who is a former Texas law enforcement officer and his company provides a wide array of training to law enforcement across the country. He provides subject matter expertise in the area of police escalation/de-escalation and provides insight into what police may be thinking in different citizen interactions. We are fortunate to gain his insight as many law enforcement officers are not willing to be interviewed on these topics.
