According to published reports, the owner of a Schenectady County NY business was arrested after drugs were planted in his store.  Fortunately, the store’s video cameras recorded the drugs being planted.

 Is this just an isolated incident or a pattern and practice of some law enforcement agencies?  Who, if anyone, was held accountable for this serious act of misconduct?  What failsafe measures were put in place to make certain no other innocent citizen is victimized in this manner?
