Toronto police Tasered a man during an arrest in the city’s downtown core after he allegedly assaulted another officer. Toronto Police Association President, Mike McCormack tells AM640 that the video doesn't tell the whole story and that the suspect had kicked out a police car window during the arrest, was biting and spitting at police.
