Monday on Police Pod Talk the Crew will talk about Baltimore City Police Department's "Eye in the Sky" surveillance program and how it works. You decide, is it good, is it bad or is it another slippery slope just waiting for something to go wrong. Hear what the Police Commissioner and the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland has to say. In the "What were you Thinking Man?" segment hear a Great story out of Tallahassee, Florida about a Trooper who just happened to be in the right place at the right time and how his sharp eyes helped save a 3-year old child.  

Monday on Police Pod Talk the Crew will discuss a story out of Chicago where an Officer used a mixed martial arts move to body-slam a man to the ground after the officer was spit upon. You decide if the Officer was out of line or if the spitter got what he deserved. In the "What were you Thinking Man?" segment hear a story about a Waynesboro, Georgia Police Officer who happened to be in the right Dollar General parking lot at the right time.      

Monday on Police Pod Talk hear the Crew talk about what happened to a Colorado Police Officer who was found passed out drunk in his patrol car. Then hear the reaction of the District Attorney after the decision was made on what to do with the officer. In the "What were you Thinking Man?" segment hear what happens to you if you are popping a "wheelie" on your bike through the intersection in Orlando Florida and then trying to get away from the Police.

On the "What were you Thinking Man?" segment, hear how two Alabama Police Officers got themselves in a little hot water after showing off a quilt they made.

The Police Pod Talk Crew will discuss a situation in Shelby Ohio where an Officer used his squad car to run over a sick or injured raccoon not once but twice to put it out of its misery. You will hear some of the backlash on social media and how the Police Chief responded to the incident. You decide, was it the right thing to do or should the Officer be suspended or lose his job. Also in the "What were you Thinking Man" segment hear a story out of North Carolina where the police needed some extra help during a vehicle pursuit and who came to their aid. See why this Super Cop did not stick around for a Thank You. 

A conversation about the Ring Doorbells and how the company had partnered with local Law Enforcement to provide your video footage to the police to help solve crimes. And hear how Ring is working on facial recognition to be shared also. In the "What were you Thinking Man" segment, hear a story about a North Carolina home owner and his wife who hid in their closet from a would-be burglar and who the police apprehended at the bottom of the stairs.  

A conversation with Dottie Davis a former city of Fort Wayne Police Officer and ex-Security Director for the Fort Wayne Community Schools on Threat Assessment. Dottie will explain why she feels most people lack "situational awareness" at work, school and in public places putting themselves and their families in harms way. Dottie will discuss how years of Law Enforcement has taught her how to read a room full of people and assess where a potential threat could arise. You will hear why Dottie says, "Hiding and hoping is not a strategy."
