When it comes to politics, we typically focus more on what divides us over what unites us. Unfortunately, we tend to do the same in our churches. But because of what Jesus has done for us, we have one big thing, the most important thing, in common. And this commonality in Jesus unites us much more than the division that comes from politics. We are so much more than just our political party affiliation. We ask the questions: How should I vote? What should we spend our time doing? How should I interact with other Christians who are not in the same party as I am?
