Last show before Thanksgiving and Pam, the Polk County Live baker, sent us sweet potato pie!! Amber came by also and brought breakfast egg rolls. We had a whole feast!!

On this episode of Polk County Live Unplugged, it's Album Release Day for "Clay Pigeons," by David Brimer and Marcus Brixa. It's a very interesting collaboration between two excellent guitarists featuring two vintage guitars that produce different sounds despite being the same make and model. For the latest treat from the Polk County Live show baker, Pam, she "whipped" up a variation of a previous treat, Whipped Peanut Butter Pie!! Pam's husband Leo brought the pie to us so he automatically earns a spot in our hearts. Check out our impressions, plus some other ramblings, right here!

This month for our Mental Health Check Up, we spoke with Tiffani Fritzsche, Director of Children's Services at the Peace River Center. Kids sometimes get overwhelmed around the holidays and Tiffani has tips on how to handle those situations.
