It's the time for overcoming fear,how do you overcome the things that you fear,well I gave a few tips that can help,,that can be a guide,but I believe that every kind of fear has a different approach in tackling it in every individual,so it might not necessarily be the ones I mentioned,always remember that it starts with your mind and ends with your mind,trust the process to your healing,it's not an overnight success. Fear is false evidence appearing real,as it's said,and it's a strong unpleasant emotion,or something that threatens our safety it affects our psychology i.e the way we behave,and that's why we act paranoid (pardon me,I didn't mention all of these in the podcast,I totally forgot,I was carried away with the feeling,and just pouring out my mind at the moment 😒,hope I'm forgiven) We fear a lot of things which I mentioned a few,and it starts with the mind and we can learn to control it and believe that whatever that negative thing is,won't come to pass. With our imaginations, we can imagine just about anything,for instance, talking to the animals like we watch in cartoons,super amazing that would be isn't it?😇 The time saying"don't worry I'll wait for you",and I also recommended a movie"back in time",where people lived based on the amount of time they had, imagine if that was our reality.Imagine how or what your children will be when they grow up, imagine a whole lot more,and also remember that there is no end or limit to how much we can imagine.😊

Instinct and your dreams:applying your instinct in achieving your dreams,if your instinct can make you feel,or have an impulse about something,then definitely,you can be positive and sure about your dreams, because that same instinct will move you and give you the feeling that you can accomplish, and the sky will not just be your limit but your starting point.

Be good,even though it seems not good enough,even though it's repayed with evil,do not worry that it's not reciprocated,( and also do not expect that it will be)be good to yourself,just be good.
