The other day I had the most intense and beautiful synchronicity happen to me and I thought..I have to share this with the community. I feel like we talk about synchronicities a lot in the spiritual world. But what actually are they? This transmission explores the concepts of light and darkness, why they are so ingrained in our human experience and why it is time to transcend duality in order to move into higher states of being.

In this transmission, I share about my story of healing from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). This is a view that might contradict your own, especially if you have this dis-ease. But if you feel that there is something more to illness, if it resonates with you that our body manifests what is unbalanced within our spirit, then this is for you. I'll go over what i've been focusing on to heal during these five years and what's worked for me.
