In this epsode we reflect on shining in the transfiguring power of Jesus Christ, in our lives. Is that something that we do?

In this episode we ponder the Phrase, "I'm not perfect, just saved"
This phrase is used often a Christian excuse, pumper sticker and uttered by Christian celebs who have been found doing wrong in some way. Does it have a proper place in our vocab? Does it have a good usage? We'll discus it in this episode.
Scriptures mentioned and considered for this episode: Matthew 5:48, Leviticus 11:45, 2 Peter 1:3-11, Matthew 5:17, Romans3:23, 2 Corinthians 10:3

This episode is based off of a sermon I gave on the "Baptism of the Lord" Sunday. It is a reflection, on the question, into what were you baptized?

Our next phrase in our Pondering series, is "If the Lord wills it".
This phrase is used often in specific contexts, I find them usually in my case to be the opposite of uplifting. Some receive or give it in good will, however, it is used a lot in some places. Either way, it misses the mark of the original intended message in scripture.

Another episode from a pondering car ride. In this episode I ponder and reflect on the phrase, "God never changes." This phrase is often used and quoted, but I believe it is not understood well. For that matter, I believe it is used quite inaccurately.

As we end this year and start the next, it is a great time to reflect on ourselves. Especially, this is a good time to reflect on how we participate in our faith.
