In the United States, The Beatles had an astounding 21 #1 hits in 7 years. They had even more in the UK. If you thought that PCWTF was above ranking anything Fab-Four-related, you don't know us very well. The fictional hamlet of Pawnee, Indiana is home to some of the oddest oddballs in television history. Sure, the city itself may be a raccoon-infested dump but at least the residents are... colorful? Have heart, faithful Pawneeans, the irrepressible Leslie Knope is on the case, taking your town hall abuse with grace and humility. As Deputy Director Of The Parks & Recreation Department of Pawnee, Leslie's can-do spirit allows her to put up with, and make friends with her team of misfits at the Parks Department and surrounding environs. Who else could bring Ron, Ben, April, Andy, Tom, Donna, Chris, Ann, Jerry and Mark together as a team that had 7 seasons of wacky adventures together. Parks & Recreation was one of the funniest TV shows of the past decade, and the biggest reason is it's rich cast. Adam Sears & Diane Stroud are faithful Knopeheads and Swansonites, and they join PCWTF to not only rank our 11 main cast members, but they also take a deeper look into the secondary characters and pick out some of their faves. Oscar season is upon us and all of Hollywood is buzzing with questions. What's going to happen? Who, if anyone will host the broadcast? Will Best Animated Short Film be awarded in the parking lot? Will the producers create a last minute award for Best Movie That Cardi B Liked? Who the hell is in charge of this thing and what is their deal? Anyway, we here at PCWTF are big fans of what is usually the most prestigious awards ceremony in entertainment, even if they get things loud wrong all the time. We thought it would be fun to take a look back at the Best Picture winners of the past 18 years and give them the ol Worst To First treatment. The Movie Crew was more than up for the task, as Matt Dinan, Jeff Victor and Emily Chiu helped dissect the Academy's choices and nitpick the everloving crap out of them, making the case for the best and worst of every pick since the year 2000.
