You want to listen to this one folks as Jason Furie and Adam Roth are in complete disagreement here. Jason loves Peacemaker (Season 1) embracing all the gore, juvenile comedy, and action while Adam could barely get through what he considers just one bad joke repeated over and over throughout the 8 episode run. This series is unfiltered James Gunn and is getting rave reviews across the board. Except for Adam. Adam no like.

This is not a happy movie. Maybe there's an undercurrent of romance somewhere, but this movie is pretty wild. Jason Furie and Adam Roth review Lars Von Trier's 1996 film Breaking the Waves starring Emily Watson in her very first starring role alongside Stellan Skarsgård and Katrin Cartlidge. If you ever wanted to wallow in misery and/or see Stellan Skarsgård's dingus, this movie may be of interest to you. Full review and deep thoughts ensue.

If you closed your eyes and thought about what it would take to make the most 80's movie ever, we think it would look at lot like To Live and Die in L.A. (1985). Jason Furie and Adam Roth review this cult classic from director William Friedkin starring before-they-were-super-famous versions of William Petersen, Willem Dafoe, and John Turturro. Buddy cop action, check. Jammin' Wang Chung soundtrack, check. Excellent title credits fonts, check. This one has it all folks.
