  • Ep 36: Unconditional Love
This week on the Popcorn Podcast Chad and Izola welcome back Garfield Wilson (Arrow, Continuum, Vendetta, Almost Human) to find out what he’s been up to lately.  He shares with us what he can about his time working on Continuum.  Once they get all of that out of the way the trio jumps into the real topic of the day, discussing the journey of Garfield’s family and their transgender daughter Tracey.  It’s a beautiful story about their struggles, love and perseverance.  Garfield does not shy away or color over the fact that it wasn’t a perfect journey and what it takes to be the parents of a transgender child.  This tale can only be described as true story about the power of unconditional love.
We at The Popcorn Podcast would like to thank Garfield, Michelle and Tracey Wilson for having the strength  to fight a battle not many would have the bravery to endure.  It is because of them, their openness and courage that all of our lives will be better because of it.
You can find out more about Tracey’s journey below.
Music is by Garfields band The Dark Horses (what can this guy not do?!?)
