Differences over disputable mattes often arise from the fact that some are stronger than others in their understanding of the Gospel.-The apostle teaches--1.- Those who are strong in the faith should accept those who are weak in the faith, verse 1a--2.- Those who are strong in the faith should be careful about how they speak about debatable matters, verse 1b--3.- Those who are strong in their understanding of the Gospel should not look down on the weak, verses 2 and 3a--4.- Those who are weaker in their understanding of the Gospel should not judge those who are stronger, verses 3b and 4
