David prayed, "Search me, oh God." He wanted to invite God in to show Him where he was missing the mark and allow God to lead in those areas.

Great leaders follow through. We want to be a person worth following. In order to do that we have to follow the One who is worth following in Jesus.

The early church made dangerous prayers and God showed up. Peter and John prayer for God to make them bold to preach the gospel even when they were facing persecution.

On Sunday we talked about becoming like Jesus is becoming a person of love. You can't become like Jesus without Jesus.
