Clinical trials for a revolutionary vaccine to treat acne will be conducted by the National Skin Centre in partnership with vaccine-makers Sanofi, bringing potentially good news to acne sufferers. Andrea Heng and Hairianto Diman speak to Assistant Professor Etienne Wang, Principal Investigator for the study and Senior Consultant Dermatologist at NSC, a member of the National Healthcare Group, to take stock of Singapore’s fight against acne, which affects over 80% of its adults.
