The order that it "forth the policy of the United States “not to promote race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating” and prohibits federal contractors from inculcating such views in their employees in workplace diversity and inclusion trainings". Yet, after a deep dive it is more of a push to not only stop diversity and inclusion trainings, but to undermine conversations about issues of white supremacy, systemic racism, and sexism at a time when the country need more understanding of the plight marginalized people.

The 2020 elections are closely creeping in. Due to importance of this moment in time @Quinn4speaker reached out to Kevin Brown (@kbtootrill) and Chris Scott (@chrisliscott) to have a conversation about the current state of American politics and the importance of black political capital. Mr. Scott currently serves as the National Policy Director for The Collective PAC, the largest black PAC (political action committee) in the United States. Due to his unique role he is able to provide an inside look into what can be done to grow black political capital. These three go into the importance of black political structure from reconstruction to the current date and discuss how to move forward. While strolling through social media, I came across an IGTV video from, @Zezemillz, A British Social Media Influencer. The content bothered me so much that I spent some time replying to the comments. It was clear that the British outlook on African Americans was jaded. I personally could not understand how anyone could agree but alot of British Blacks did. Some of them were kind enough to agree to get on a podcast about the issue. Do to time contraints, @moniie_talks was unable to join and will appear on another episode.
This episode is a conversation between myself (@quinn4speaker), @teesavanna (British), @m.s.wilson (Human and Child Development - Episode 3) and @dee_weezyyyy (Young, Black and Educated - Episode 7). This episode will for sure branch off into more conversations. Although it is very long, its clear that everyone had so much to say. I hope you enjoy it as much we did.
