After much contemplation and thoughtful consideration. We have made the decision to end our podcast in the current form. It has been two years of great adventure and now we are ready to gro into our next phase as a podcast network. We so deeply believe in the media format that is podcasts and we would like to get our hands dirty in building awareness, expanding offering, and establishing the relevance of the format.

The title is misleading because brown sugar is just a detour from the one who shall not be named. It seemed like her efforts were at odds with the labour practices of her home country as well as the economic circumstances of the region overall. What has changed in 12 months? We believe this is different from a 'tools you need' list primarily because we go behind the rationale and chronology of the genesis of Porcupine and Banana. This February we celebrated 6 months since we started this podcast and with this episode we end season 1! On this stunner of an outro, guest starring Banana in all her glory, we cover returning to a once known place and having to deal with the harsh realities of change.
