Mindfulness is the ability and practice of being present and aware of the current moment. In a hectic and stressful world, it is beneficial to stop and recenter by noticing what is around you. Research has tied being in nature to relaxation, stress reduction, and improved mental health. We have created four stopping points along the asphalt-paved Osprey Loop at Trail Lake Park to guide you through practicing mindfulness and being present and immersed in the nature around you.
