Obviously, the main storyline for the Tar Heels is the four players that have entered the portal, but there is hope for Bact and Davis to return. For NC State how does Kevin Keatts plan on replacing Terquavion Smith and Jarkel Joiner? Both Hubert Davis and Kevin Keatts are going to have to hit the transfer portal hard to add some extra depth to their roster.

Also, people are going to point out to UNC not making the NCAA tournament and UVA getting bounced in the first round again that the ACC stinks, but that may not be the case.
