On this episode of Portroidcast, I present three flashback roundtable interviews I participated in back in July 2011 at San Diego Comic Con with the original cast of "Batman": Adam West, Julie Newmar, and Burt Ward!
I never published these and only just found them on an old recorder I used to use. There is a bit of background noise throughout, which might be one of the reasons I never posted previously, but if you can get around that, they are very enjoyable.
(Note: I edited out some small details, like questions that didn't go over well, or Julie Newmar giving me her personal email address (I never contacted her (sorry, Catwoman)))
Here are the portroids I took during the interviews (which can be heard on the podcast):
Adam West
Julie Newmar
Burt Ward (accidental double-exposure)
Enjoy!
On episode 31 of Portroidcast, I interview Ali Vingiano. Ali is an executive story editor/writer on AppleTV's "The Morning Show" and is starring in a new film called "The End of Us".
We discuss those projects as well as her time at UCB, her work at BuzzFeed and The Opposition, and her drive to create.
I've known Ali since 2012, so it was wonderful to get to catch up with her.
